Great news! LG used Facebook to confirm its introduction of the LG G2 Mini at the Barcelona mobile show.
A Facebook post published Wednesday morning depicts a grid image of a miniaturized shoe, a starfish, and a cupcake alongside their full-size counterparts, ending with a smaller version of a phone that's recognizably the LG G2, with its rear-panel controls.
It was captioned:
"Experience the MINI.
Mobile World Congress. 2014-02-24."

We still don't know specs for sure, but phone-makers tend to pare down "mini" phones to midrange experiences, in addition to making them slightly smaller.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini , HTC One Mini, and Motorola Droid Mini all follow this pattern, as does the iPhone 5C .
Rumors suggest that the G2 Mini will have at least Android 4.2.2 OS, a 4.3-inch qHD display (a 960x540-pixel resolution), and an 8-megapixel camera.
